Dynamic Force Group 17 Jan 2019 Training

On 17 Jan 2019, 2pm-5pm, held at Blue Auditorium @ ERA APAC Centre, our Dynamic Force Group (DFG) Master Trainer Mr Neo Chee Seng held the first mega training of 2019.

Attended by over 120 attendees, with agents from both ERA and external real estate agencies, the training provided valuable insights into the current market, analysis of buyer profiles, and how real estate agents can effectively create value for their clients to restructure their portfolios and increase their wealth.

Mr Neo Chee Seng started the training with official statistics showing that older HDB flats are taking longer to sell, and with prices gradually falling. With homeowners holding on to their HDB as a depreciating asset, will their retirement plans be placed in jeopardy? How can real estate agents come in and remedy the situation, so that the homeowners can continue to own their homes, and yet continue to enjoy capital appreciation?

These pertinent questions were promptly addressed by Mr Neo, as he progressively gave a breakdown on the homeowners’ profiles, their motivations and aspirations, and what types of wealth creation techniques are suitable for them.

With the target clients and the techniques in hand, the training progressed to the record new launches in 2018 and 2019, and the variety of property choices available. Which properties are suitable for each homeowner? Mr Neo’s insight and experience shone in this aspect, his analysis and recommendations showing how real estate agents can truly provide value to their clients, instead of being the usual buy/sell/rent agents.
