About Simon Lum - Dynamic Force - Division Head & Business Development Advisor

Simon Lum, a senior veteran in Singapore Real Estate Sales Industry, has been an active full time Real Estate Consultant in the local property industry for the past 16 years. During the early stage of his career in year 2002, he has been aggressively doing personal sales and was an all-rounder be it in residential, commercial or industrial.

Subsequently, he achieved numerous top salesperson awards in local big agencies. The varying sales experience prompt him to be well versed in the buying, selling and renting of different types of Singapore Properties, such as HDB, Condominiums, Landed and Commercial properties.

In view of the increasing market trend and demand, Simon emerged into Project Marketing and accomplished a few Project In-Charge (ICs) roles in Local Projects namely The Terrace Executive Condominium, Belgravia Villas (I) & (II), Skies Miltonia, The Amore Executive Condominium, Neem tree etc. Incidentally, he led Amore EC Team to be Top Champion Project in his previous agency..

Currently a Group Division Director with a worldwide champion agency ERA Ltd, Simon is well-known in the real estate industry for his unselfishness and patience in imparting sales knowledge to agents and regularly keeping his agents up-to-date with the latest real estate practices.

Simon has received various titles in his real estate career portfolio and has cleared his ACTA. He is now a certified trainer in Dynamic Force Group (DFG). In his previous agency, Simon is being listed as Top 5 Group District Director, Champion Project IC (Amore EC), Agency Ambassador and TOP Recruiter. He was also conferred the PLATINUM Award for ever achieving >$100k commission per month !!

In view of duplicating his success story and passing down his sales achievement legacy..during the recent years of Simon's real estate career, he concentrated on recruiting, training, motivating and humbly he is now managing a 200+ strength sales team and the numbers are still escalating !!


 

About Nick Poh - Dynamic Force - Webmaster

Nick Poh has been an active full time Real Estate Consultant in the local property industry for the past 15 years. During the early stage of his career in year 2003, he has been aggressively doing outdoor sales that had made him achieve numerous top salesperson awards in local big companies like Dennis Wee Group and ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd. The sales experience prompt him to be well versed in the buying, selling and renting of different types of Singapore Properties, such as HDB, Condominiums, Landed and Commercial properties.

In the recent years of Nick's real estate career, he concentrated on recruiting, training, motivating and managing a sales team. In addition, he has experience in en-bloc sales and new project marketing.

Previously, Nick Poh and Associates are holding Project In-Charge (ICs) appointment for The Glades at Tanah Merah, The Amore Executive Condominium, Westwood Residences Executive Condominium, Kingsford Waterbay, Kingsford Hillview Peak, etc.

Nick Poh is a senior sales director who is well-known in the real estate industry for his unselfishness and patience in imparting sales knowledge to agents.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Management, Nick also possesses a Professional Diploma in Management, Diploma in Electrical Engineering as well as the real estate CEHA qualification. To keep himself updated, Nick is constantly upgrading himself through continuous training. In year 2013, Nick cleared his ACTA and is now a certified trainer in Nick Poh (Dynamic Force) Division.


 

About Neo Chee Seng - Dynamic Force - Chief Trainer

Neo Chee Seng has been an active full time Real Estate Consultant in the local property industry for the past 13 years. Started off as a HDB Resale Agent in Jan 2016, he quickly became a consistent TOP Producer. His sales expertise include HDB Resale, Private Resale, Executive Condos, New Launches and Project Management.
A proven Project In Charge, his project management experience includes being a Project IC for Lake Life, Westwood Residences EC, iNz Residence EC and Rivercove EC.
An ACTA certified Trainer with more than 12 years of real estate training experience, Chee Seng is a highly respected trainer within the Real Estate Industry. Widely regarded as a TOP Trainer in one of Singapore largest Real Estate Agency, he is also a certified RES trainer. His ability to share his knowledge into a systematic and easy to understand manner, made his training highly enjoyable. 
A strong believer that an RES, can no longer be another Buy, Sell, Rent agent within the Real Estate Industry, he spent one full year to develop his Signature Training Program, Dynamic Wealth Creation to assist RES in their transformation to become Property Consultants. To date, his Dynamic Wealth Creation Program have received many rave reviews from its graduates.

From 2016 to 2018, Chee Seng had conducted

- 25 batches of Project Power Presentation Course (PPPC)
- 9 batches of Accelerated Closing Techniques (ACT)

About Edmund Ee - Dynamic Force - Head Of Social Media

Edmund Ee started his Real Estate career in Year 2005 dealing mainly in Public Housing (HDB) and Private Residential. Over the years, Edmund had also gained valuable experience in Commercial and Industrial Property. 

In Year 2013, Edmund started his Facebook Page PropertyNetSG with daily news updates and has also co-founded an online web portal PropertyNet.SG. He believes it is of utmost importance to provide his clients with timely updates to enable them to make the right decisions.
