Randy has been involved in the real estate industry since 1989 and has acquired over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 1995, he took the now defunct Association of Singapore Realtors examination (equivalent to the present REA) and passed on his 1st attempt.
His last appointment, which he held previously, was Vice-President (“VP”) of the Legal & Compliance Department of a leading estate agency (“EA”) in Singapore. He has been there for 11 years and his normal routine work was advising salespersons on real estate matters, among other things closing of deals and addressing to doubts related to rental and sales transaction and other legal matters. He is well respected in his previous EA and his opinion is still sought after even after he has left his previous EA.
Randy was an acclaimed trainer for the past 10 years in an Approved Course Provider conducting Real Estate Salesperson course which prepares students to take the real estate salesperson examination required by the Council for Estate Agencies. He is also an approved Continuing Professional Development trainer. As a test of testament, he enrolled into April 2022 RES exams and passed on his 1st attempt, which not many RES trainers can claim to have done so during their tenure as a RES trainer.
Randy is very passionate about training and education and imparts his invaluable experience and knowledge especially in matters relating to the real estate industry.
Even during his later years, he managed to acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Management from the renowned Heriot-Watt University. He also has an Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
