Ning Yap officially joined the real estate industry in 2015 and has progressed to become an Associate Group District Director today.
Ning’s starting point has not been easy as she started of with a huge negative without any savings when her business failed at age 40. At that crossroad, she had only two choices – either wallowed in self-pity or rebound. Thankfully she chose the better half and shines as a great leader to her team which she has groomed many to be producers and top achievers.
Fast forward to today, Ning does not regret her decision to join the real estate industry. She strongly believes that success will only be possible if one believes in the state of being infinite and having no limit. This mindset has helped her develop a success model that drives business growth. By duplicating this success model, she gets to add value not only to her clients but also to her realtors who have put their trust in her.
With her strong business acumen and the CSA/ DFG systematic program, her team is able to successfully generate a consistent stream of leads, an effective presentation style and a seamless sales funnel to convert their leads to sales successfully.
