Veteran Realtor Victor Quek have been in the real estate industry since September 1998. Currently, he is a Senior Director with ERA Realty Pte Ltd under Dynamic Force Group (DFG) and he also hold appointment as a Project In-Charge.
Initially, his main focus was in the HDB sector, assisting the sellers and buyers with sale or purchase of HDB flats.
Subsequently he pondered would it will be more beneficial for his clients if he can do more than just helping them to relocate their home, cash out the profit from their HDB or just a purchase of a resale HDB flat. Victor was bearing the thought of wanting to offer a one-stop solution for his clients acting in their best interest.
Thus he decided to research and attend classes on how to help his clients to grow their wealth with their current property, be it HDB or private property. And finally he managed to figure out how to help them grow their wealth through “Asset Progression” which incidentally was an important training program of DFG known as Dynamic Wealth Creation (M1), one out of the 4 Modules of the Signature Training Course – DYNAMIC SALES ACCELERATION (DSA). The other 3 modules are Dynamic Internet Marketing (M2), Dynamic Media Marketing (M3) and Dynamic Closing Techiques (M4)
Through vigourous training and practising, Victor now pride himself as an advisor that can assist clients to multiply their assets from 01 property to 02 properties or sometimes even 03 properties. To-date, he have been assisting quite a number of my clients to multiply their assets with no money or little money.
