Kelvin joined Real Estate industry in 2010 July and received the Rookie Agent Award in October 2010. Subsequently he have been actively doing commercial sales.  His leadership flair was uncovered by chance and in 2014, he decides to step up and lead the Project Sales Team and below are some Projects that Kelvin have done namely:

In year 2019, Kelvin have embarked on a new journey with ERA Realty Network under Dynamic Force Group (DFG) and the following are till date some of his accomplishment !!!

• Rank 72th position overall in ERA in January 2019
• Rank 1st in DFG January 2019
• Rank 4th in DFG February 2019

In recognition of passion for EC projects, he was also appointed Project IC by ERA for 3 Executive Condos namely Piermont Grand EC (Sumang Walk), Parc Canberra and OLA.

Kelvin is also into team building because he strongly share the common values of DFG to create a “Dual Path Career”.  He further add that with multiple regular monthly training conducted by the leaders of Dynamic Force Group, many DFG members are well trained to handle even the most complicated of situation of a property transaction.

Currently, Kelvin is a Group Division Director at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, which is the largest real estate firm in Singapore.
