Neo Chee Seng has been an active full time Real Estate Consultant in the local property industry for the past 16 years. Started off as a HDB Resale Agent in Jan 2006, he quickly became a consistent TOP Producer. His sales expertise include HDB Resale, Private Resale, Executive Condos, New Launches and Project Management.

Together with his co-founders, they build a team of more than 500 real estate salespersons (in 2021) from less than 90 original teammates (in late 2018). Making them one of the fastest growing group in the industry from 2019 to 2021. In the process, he had successfully assisted many of his teammates to find their breakthoughs. Ask any salesperson whom he had mentored before and they will tell you how he had unreservely coached and inspired them to acheive their breakthoughs. 

A proven Project In Charge, his project management experience includes being a Project IC for Lake Life, Westwood Residences EC, iNz Residence EC, Rivercove EC and Parc Clematis.

An ACTA certified Trainer with more than 15 years of real estate training experience, Chee Seng is a highly respected trainer within the Real Estate Industry. Widely regarded as a TOP Trainer in one of Singapore largest Real Estate Agency, he is also a certified RES trainer. His ability to share his knowledge into a systematic and easy to understand manner, made his training highly enjoyable. 

A strong believer that an RES, can no longer be another Buy, Sell, Rent agent within the Real Estate Industry, he spent one full year to develop his Signature Training Program, Dynamic Wealth Creation to assist RES in their transformation to become Property Consultants. To date, his Dynamic Wealth Creation Program have received many rave reviews from its graduates.

From 2016 to 2018, Chee Seng had conducted 

– 13 batches of Dynamic Wealth Creation Course (DWC)

– 25 batches of Project Power Presentation Course (PPPC)

– 9 batches of Accelerated Closing Techniques (ACT) 

From Mar 2019 to Apr 2022, he curated and architect a whole series of Asset Progression Trainings, benefiting thousands of teammates and receiving many rave reviews for his trainings. He also conducted many consumer seminars sharing his insights of the real estate market.

Armed with a Master of Business in International Marketing, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons),  Chee Seng also possesses a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, as well as the real estate CEHA qualification. He is now the Chief Trainer for Dynamic Force Group in PropNex.
