I am a professional Real Estate Salesperson (Property Agent) in Singapore.
Having worked in large organization and in business before venturing into real estate agency services.
The knowledge and experience gained from serving people’s need have helped me to better handle the needs and requirements of home owners, Landlord,Buyers, Sellers, tenants and my network of agent colleagues.
Through the years of practising as an consultant , I have learned to listen closely to my clients, to understand what are the real needs, what their real concerns, and seek the best solution for my them.
I believe in making the effort to “feel” the needs of my clients, to step into their shoes, to see things from their perspective, before making recommendations.
I’m also well-versed in public (HDB) and private residential, commercial and industrial properties
Together, we have witnessed many highs and lows of the property cycles, and through it all, we have learned much, and clients stand to gain from my experiences.
