Phyllis is the chameleon in Dynamic Force Group. She has consistently pushed her boundaries and acquired knowledge in different domains from landed residential to international properties.
From an ex-CPA to a head hunter, and now a professional realtor, she is financially astute, personable and tech-savvy. Due to her knowledge in different domains, she is able to engage with clients from different walks of life effectively. After attending the Dynamic Sales Acceleration Program, she made use of what she learnt on digital marketing to her advantage, from lead generation to marketing her listings.
She believes that a positive attitude, being open-minded and a good listening ear will be the path to success. She was awarded one of the top 3 rookies when she joined the industry.
Currently, she is in a leadership role as a Project IC in the following projects:
