Rodney Tan, a Rising Star Leader with Dynamic Force Group (DFG), in pursuit of vast opportunities offered and he is by far one of the youngest Team Leader & Project Leader in the industry.
Rodney, or commonly known as Rod, has been in this industry since 2010 and have managed multiple Projects of more than 200 Core Agents each.
Rod has groomed many Producers and Leaders as well. Over the years, he has seen his managers grown to become Team Leaders as well. With his vast experience of Team Management, he is able to guide Salespeople to become Producers.
Well versed in all areas of Singapore Real Estate especially HDBs & Executive Condos (EC) and coupled with a flair for effective human management, Rodney has trained and manage the team well.
With a willing and selfless heart to impart his accumulated skills and knowledge over the years coupled with a burning desire to nurture more Producers & Leaders, Rodney selflessly took on another challenging role despite his busy schedule — to be a Trainer, not just for DFG, but also for the whole of company.
Rod has also conducted many seminars, for both Consumers & Agents. These seminars have helped many salespeople breakthrough in their business and has helped them engaged their customers that leads to sales eventually.
