Dynamic Force Group 1st Mega Event
03 Jan 2019 marked an important date for Dynamic Force Group (DFG) as it was our 1st Mega Event since we cross over to ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd.
The day started at 1pm, with the 4 founders of Dynamic Force Group (DFG) gathering at ERA Apac Center for the collection of ID tags. Soon after, agents started coming in groups to collect their respective tags. We can sense their excitement and anticipation for the upcoming opportunities available in ERA.

Induction By ERA Key-Appointment Holder
Second highlight of the day was the induction program held by ERA key appointment holders. It was gratifying to see the auditorium packed with agents who were keen to have a better understanding of their new company. Special thanks to the following ERA bosses for their respective contributions: –
- Marcus Chu & Doris Ong (ERA COO): provided valuable insights on the history, benefits and project opportunities at ERA, etc
- Finance, legal and HR team : addressed key concerns such as commission payments as well as professional ethics, etc

Sharing By DFG Founders and Project ICs
Next, founders of DFG briefed the auditorium with Simon Lum giving the opening address. Thereafter, Edmund Ee touched on the usefulness of social media for marketing and Nick Poh talked about project opportunities and allocation.
We will like to take this chance to congratulate Rodney Tan and Jacqueline See for their appointment as DD IC and Project IC of Daintree Residence. And also to Nicholas Lim for his appointment as Project IC of Nyon.
The briefing also included Neo Chee Seng who addressed the importance of continuous training and ended with Simon sharing the key advantages and benefits of joining ERA as compared to other agencies.

Dynamic Force Group Bonding Session – Karaoke
The joyous day ended with a karaoke session from 6.30pm to 2am at Toa Payoh Safra Manekineko. Agents enjoyed themselves with free buffet and drinks in the Super VIP room being reserved for Dynamic Force Group.
We will like to express our appreciation to all agents from DFG for their ultimate trust and support in us. Also, we will like to express our thanks to ERA CEO Jack Chua and COO Marcus Chu for joining our event despite their busy schedule.
